From summer 2022 until December 2023 hap ceramics was located in Düsseldorf Derendorf and part of the Ando Future Studios. Maxi Hoffmann transformed the old car wash into the studio and show room of hap ceramics. The space was also used for exhibitions and other events.

In February 2024 Maxi Hoffmann moved to Berlin - she is still searching for a new studio.
